Each individual may hold only one bpaxch account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or via third parties — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of bonus balances.
bpaxch processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited to your bpaxch account balance. Withdrawal processing times and minimum amounts are detailed in the Payments section of these Terms.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits issued by bpaxch are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied as described in Section 8 of these Terms.

By registering an Account on the bpaxch Platform, accessing any part of the Platform without an Account, or placing any bet or wager through bpaxch, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bpaxch with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

bpaxch reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing reasons for such refusal. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to the Platform, which remains subject to bpaxch's continued satisfaction with your eligibility.
Each individual may register only one Account on bpaxch. Duplicate Accounts — whether opened under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds within them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any secondary authentication factors. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your Account.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your Account, whether or not carried out by you personally. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bpaxch support immediately via the live chat channel available on the Platform.
bpaxch may, at its discretion and at any time, request that you complete the KYC identity verification process. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and may require proof of address and source of funds documentation. bpaxch reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting bpaxch support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the resolution of any outstanding bets and the processing of any eligible withdrawal of the remaining Balance.
bpaxch accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency (USDT and Bitcoin, converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit).
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bpaxch does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which bpaxch bears no responsibility.
bpaxch reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is suspected to be fraudulent, made from a third-party account, or made in violation of these Terms. In such circumstances, bpaxch will notify you via your registered contact details.
You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement) at any time through the withdrawal section of your bpaxch Account dashboard. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
All withdrawal requests are subject to bpaxch's internal review process and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance checks. bpaxch reserves the right to request additional documentation — including KYC documents, source of funds evidence, or payment method verification — before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your Account Balance.
All bets placed on the bpaxch Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or event, as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between specific sport or market rules and these general Terms, the specific rules shall prevail.

Cricket betting markets, including PSL in-play markets, are governed by the standard cricket betting rules published on the Platform. In cases of match abandonment, rain interruption resulting in a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised target, or match postponement beyond 24 hours, specific rules apply as detailed in the cricket-specific betting rules section of the Platform.
bpaxch offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

In the event that you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the bpaxch Platform — including bet settlement, payment processing, Account management, or bonus application — you should initiate the bpaxch internal dispute resolution process as follows:
All disputes must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. bpaxch will not consider complaints submitted outside this period except in exceptional circumstances at bpaxch's sole discretion.
bpaxch reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bpaxch will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or restructuring of sections without substantive change — may be made without advance notice and are effective immediately upon publication.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpaxch holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies of the licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Section affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent that those rights cannot be waived by contract. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
